Ralph's Auto Basics

Ralph’s Recycled Auto Parts is BC’s largest auto dismantler. We have five locations in Greater Vancouver: two in Richmond, two in Surrey and one in Abbotsford. Ralph’s operates on approx. 30 acres in total with almost 5,000 vehicles in stock at all times. We purchase about 150 insurance salvage vehicles every week, as well as additional vehicles from auctions, towing companies and private individuals.

Ralph’s handles all major makes and models of Asian, European and North American vehicles. Ralph’s also operates Vancouver Core Supply in Surrey, which specializes in supplying engine and transmission parts to rebuilders and remanufacturers.

As a special service to our customers, two of Ralph’s locations (Ralph’s on Mitchell and Ralph’s Scott Road Japanese) are Encorp depots for electronics recycling. You can drop off your old computers, stereos and many other items for free and be assured they will be processed responsibly by Encorp’s recycling partners.

What happens if the part I get from you is no good?

We have a four month or 120 day conditional warranty which assures you that if the part is no good we will replace the part at no cost, or refund your money if a replacement part is not available.

Can I order any part online?

Yes, all of our yards receive your requests instantly and you should receive a phone call within 48 hours if we have the parts you need in stock.
